How quickly will I receive my game key?
Most keys are delivered instantly after payment is confirmed. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours. You will receive your key by email and it will appear in your account.
Are the game keys genuine?
Yes. All keys sold on iteamcode are genuine, sourced directly from publishers and authorised distributors. Every key is checked before delivery.
What platforms are supported?
We sell keys for Steam, Epic Games, GOG, Ubisoft Connect, Xbox, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, EA App, and Battle.net.
Can I get a refund if my key does not work?
Yes. If a key is invalid or already used, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will replace it or issue a full refund. Keys that have been successfully activated are non-refundable.
Which regions are the keys valid in?
Region availability is listed on every product page. Most of our keys are Global or Europe. Always check the region before purchasing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal. Additional payment methods including credit/debit cards are coming soon.
How do I activate my key?

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use PayPal for all payments — your card details are never stored on our servers. All connections are encrypted via HTTPS.
Refund Policy
We offer replacements or full refunds for invalid or duplicate keys reported within 7 days of purchase. Successfully activated keys are non-refundable. To request a refund, email support@iteamcode.com.

By purchasing from iteamcode you agree that digital keys are non-returnable once activated. Keys are for personal use only and may not be resold. iteamcode reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud.
